This is a rare opportunity to join an early-stage startup tackling a meaningful problem while helping shape a product that directly improves patient outcomes and experiences worldwide.Required Skills & Experience• 3–8 years of product design experience with a strong portfolio showcasing exceptional visual design and product thinking
• Experience working at early-stage startups, ideally as a founding, first, or early design hire
• Strong end-to-end product design experience across user research, UX, interaction design, and visual design
• Expertise creating intuitive user experiences for complex workflows and multi-step user journeys
• Advanced proficiency with Figma and modern prototyping tools
• Experience building and maintaining scalable design systems
• Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and product development processes
• Ability to thrive in fast-paced, ambiguous startup environmentsDesired Skills & Experience• Experience designing products within healthcare, healthtech, travel, marketplaces, or other trust-driven industries
• Experience taking products from zero to one and helping define product strategy
• Strong user research and usability testing experience
• Exceptional visual design skills with a strong eye for detail and product craftsmanship

• Passion for solving meaningful customer problems through thoughtful designWhat You Will Be Doing Daily Responsibilities • Lead the end-to-end design of the platform and customer experience
• Design intuitive workflows that help patients navigate complex international healthcare journeys
• Establish and maintain the company's first formal design system across all digital touchpoints
• Partner directly with founders and engineers to define product priorities and feature roadmaps
• Translate complex medical, logistical, and operational processes into simple, user-friendly experiences
• Create wireframes, prototypes, high-fidelity designs, and production-ready assets
• Conduct user research and usability testing to better understand customer needs, concerns, and behaviors
• Iterate rapidly based on customer feedback and product insights
• Help establish design best practices, processes, and culture as the organization grows
