WAGE INFORMATION

Target salary range: $135,000 – $165,000 . The salary range displayed is an estimate and will be determined on several factors regarding the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies and experience, as well as contract parameters and organizational requirements. The displayed salary is one component of the total compensation package for employees.

Responsibilities

We are seeking a Salesforce Business Analyst/Admin

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

Experience

• Demonstrated experience with Agile development methodologies.
• Minimum of three (3) years of direct experience with Salesforce products and platform.
• Experience configuring Salesforce CRM, Experience Cloud, Report/Dashboards, Einstein, etc.
• Experience configuring Vlocity/Public Sector Solutions is desired.
• Experience working with users to develop user stories and as-is/to-be process flows utilized for design/development.
• Demonstrated knowledge of the best practices for Salesforce implementation using configuration to the greatest extent possible to achieve business outcomes.
• Demonstrated experience with Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, Lightning Platform, and associated product expertise.
• Experience configuring Salesforce CRM, Experience Cloud, Report/Dashboards, Einstein, etc

Certification

• Certified Salesforce Administrator.

Clearance

• Public Trust Eligible
