Role Description Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Project Manager role based in Lincoln, NE. The Project Manager oversees pipeline construction and maintenance projects from estimating through completion, coordinating schedules, resources, and budgets to meet safety, quality, and regulatory standards. Daily responsibilities include managing project timelines, supervising field activities, and collaborating with expeditors, inspectors, and logistics personnel to ensure materials and equipment are available as needed. The role also involves communicating with clients and internal stakeholders, preparing project documentation and reports, and proactively addressing risks, delays, or technical issues. The Project Manager supports continuous improvement by reviewing project performance and implementing lessons learned across future projects. Qualifications Strong project management skills, including experience with project planning, execution, and monitoring (Project Management). Experience coordinating material flow, purchase order tracking, and vendor follow-up to keep projects on schedule (Expeditor, Expediting). Knowledge of inspection practices to ensure work quality, regulatory compliance, and adherence to safety standards (Inspection). Ability to manage transportation, warehousing, and site delivery of materials and equipment in a field-based environment (Logistics Management). Relevant experience in pipeline, construction, or industrial projects, with a strong focus on safety and regulatory compliance. Effective communication and interpersonal skills for working with field teams, clients, and cross-functional partners. Demonstrated ability to lead teams, prioritize tasks, and solve problems in fast-paced, on-site settings. Proficiency with project management tools and basic office software; familiarity with industry documentation and reporting standards. High school diploma or equivalent required; an associate or bachelor’s degree in construction management, engineering, or a related field is preferred.
