Assistant Controller

Our client, a growing technology company in Falls Church, VA, seeks an Assistant Controller to lead accounting operations, financial close, financial reporting, multi-entity consolidation, and technical accounting. Position will also lead/own internal controls, process improvements, systems, and AI initiatives. CPA required along with 6+ years relevant experience (including supervisory). NetSuite and AI automation highly preferred.
Compensation targeted up to $180K + 15% bonus + equity. Position is remote with required monthly travel to HQ. Local candidate required.
This role is primarily remote with required monthly travel to HQ based outside of Northern Virginia area. Local candidate (DC/MD/NoVA) required.
