Full‑Time Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA)
Aventura at Carriage Inn is looking for a full‑time Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant to join our dynamic rehab team. Are you a motivated and compassionate COTA looking to grow your career in a supportive and energetic environment?
What You’ll Do
- Work closely with licensed Occupational Therapists to provide high‑quality patient care
- Implement individualized treatment plans that help residents regain independence and improve quality of life
- Accurately document patient progress using Net Health
- Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to deliver the best outcomes
Position Details
- Full‑time position
- 35 hours per week
- Consistent schedule with opportunity for professional growth
What We’re Looking For
- Licensed COTA in good standing
- Experience with Net Health preferred (but we’ll help you learn if needed!)
- Positive attitude, team player mindset, and strong communication skills
- Passion for helping others succeed
