Responsibilities: Develop and maintain updated all the documents related to SQF system. This includes elaborate, review and control procedures like SOP, HACCP, Food Safety Manual, traceability manuals, and others. Maintain documentation and records required for compliance programs, ensuring accuracy and audit readiness. Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Production, Maintenance, Sanitation, QA) to ensure compliance is integrated into daily operations. This position is responsible to assure responsibilities of verification of procedures related to food safety systems to follow monitoring, control and verifications programs. Conduct routine inspections of plant areas to verify compliance with food safety standards and report deviations. Support in training activities by preparing materials, tracking attendance, and maintaining training records. Onboarding of new personnel, including training and walk-through. Support other areas like HR, safety and others in records and attention to incidents in the processing plant. Domain Tools: Software and computing: Basic Office Skills and competencies: Self-managed, conflict management, customer focus, collaborative, action-oriented. Skills and Abilities: Managed, punctual, numeric, planning, and process monitoring, self-directed. Special Specifications: Availability of time, minimum age of 21 years. What We Offer: Paid Training.
