Physical Therapist (PT) – PRN Autumn Lake at Cherry Hill | Cherry Hill, NJ $55–$60/hour | PRN We are seeking a Physical Therapist (PT) for a PRN opportunity at Autumn Lake at Cherry Hill. This flexible role is ideal for a therapist who enjoys providing individualized rehabilitation and helping residents improve mobility, strength, balance, and functional independence. What You'll Do Complete physical therapy evaluations and develop individualized plans of care Provide skilled treatment addressing strength, balance, gait, transfers, endurance, and mobility Establish functional rehabilitation goals and monitor resident progress Adjust treatment approaches based on clinical findings and response to therapy Educate residents and caregivers on therapeutic exercises and safe mobility strategies Complete accurate and timely clinical documentation Collaborate with PTAs, nursing, and other members of the interdisciplinary team What We Offer $55–$60/hour Flexible PRN scheduling Supportive rehabilitation environment Short-term rehabilitation and long-term care caseload Collaborative interdisciplinary team Opportunity to provide meaningful, individualized care Qualifications Active New Jersey Physical Therapist license required Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program Strong clinical, communication, and organizational skills Skilled nursing or post-acute rehabilitation experience preferred, but not required New graduate Physical Therapists are welcome to apply If you're a PT looking for a flexible PRN opportunity where you can help residents make meaningful progress toward their mobility and rehabilitation goals, we'd love to hear from you. #J-18808-Ljbffr
