Brand Ambassador For True Classic At Costco In Rancho Cucamonga

Are you outgoing, sales-driven, and passionate about menswear? Mosaic is looking for three experienced Brand Ambassadors to represent True Classic at Costco in Rancho Cucamonga! In this role you will sell True Classic's men's wear branded shirts, t-shirt bundles, polos, and a light jacket while creating excitement, sharing product knowledge, and delivering an exceptional member experience. If you have both sales and merchandising experience, outgoing energy, and can self-manage without a supervisor on site, this is the role for you!

Hourly Wage: $26.00 per hour

Program Dates / Schedule:

• Program Dates: 10/22 11/01
• 1.5-Hour Virtual Training Call: Date/Time TBD (Mandatory)
• Set-Up Shift: 10/22, 8:30 PM 11:00 PM (Mandatory)
• Tear-Down Shift: 11/01, 6:30 PM 8:30 PM (Mandatory)

Working Conditions:

• Primarily on-site in a Costco retail environment, on your feet for approximately 6+ hours at a time
• Must be able to lift 25+ pounds
• Must be able to construct and deconstruct a pop-up table stand
• Personal smartphone required for on-site check-ins and daily reporting

Key Responsibilities

• Brand Representation: Represent True Classic's men's apparel line with enthusiasm and professionalism in a Costco retail environment.
• Product Education: Educate Costco members on the quality, fit, and value of True Classic shirts, t-shirt bundles, polos, and light jackets.
• Sales Performance: Drive sales by demonstrating product features, sharing benefits, and closing with exceptional customer service.
• Merchandising & Display: Set up, maintain, and tear down an engaging product display and pop-up table stand.
• Reporting & Inventory: Complete on-site check-ins, daily reporting, and inventory counts via your personal smartphone.
• Self-Management: Work independently on site without a direct supervisor while creating excitement about the product.

Qualifications

• Proven sales track record required
• Must fully speak and understand English
• Ability to be on your feet for approximately 6+ hours at a time
• Able to lift 25+ pounds
• Ability to construct and deconstruct a pop-up table stand
• Retail experience and an outgoing personality are a plus
• Personal smartphone to complete on-site check-ins and reporting
• Completion of daily reporting and inventory counts
