Payroll Specialist
Location: Radnor, PA
Our client, a growing organization located in Radnor, PA, is seeking a detail-oriented Payroll Specialist to join their team. This role will be responsible for processing payroll accurately and on time, maintaining employee payroll records, and ensuring compliance with all applicable payroll regulations.

Location: Radnor, PA
Our client, a growing organization located in Radnor, PA, is seeking a detail-oriented Payroll Specialist to join their team. This role will be responsible for processing payroll accurately and on time, maintaining employee payroll records, and ensuring compliance with all applicable payroll regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process bi-weekly and\/or weekly payroll for employees
- Maintain payroll records, deductions, garnishments, and tax withholdings
- Review and reconcile payroll data to ensure accuracy
- Assist with payroll audits, tax filings, and year-end reporting
- Respond to employee payroll inquiries and resolve discrepancies
- Work closely with HR and Accounting teams on payroll-related matters
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local payroll regulations
Qualifications:- 2+ years of payroll processing experience
- Knowledge of payroll systems and timekeeping software
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
