Event Coordinator

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for event registrants, managing inquiries via phone, email, fax, and online channels.

• Process registration payments, maintain precise attendee data in Salesforce, and issue timely confirmations.

• Manage CLE, CPE, and COA processes end-to-end—from credit applications and tracking to certificate distribution.

• Assist with hotel room block management and coordinate the shipping of all event and sponsor materials to and from venues.

• Travel to select Bank Director events to support the Conference Team and ensure seamless execution on the ground.

• Adapt to evolving project needs and perform other event-related duties as assigned.
