ZAXBYS Area Manager. Job in Pickens Move Collective Jobs

The Operations Manager is accountable for profitability, development of leaders, and operational performance while ensuring standard operating procedures and system compliance in all ZAXBYS locations in the group. ZAXBYS General Manger and Operations Trainer Certification will be acquired within a set timeframe upon hiring. Salary is $52,000+ depending on experience and relevant certifications. Some needed skills/requirements for the position Developer of people Motivated leader with the ability to solve complex problems Ability to identify, recruit, and develop talent Strong planning and organizational skills Ability to work 48 hours a week Ability to work a flexible schedule including days, nights, weekends, and holidays Travel between locations is required for the position Valid driver's license and reliable transportation needed Restaurant management experience is required for this posistion A more in depth discussion about this position will be discussed during the interview. #J-18808-Ljbffr
