Shift Leader

Overview Brand: Einstein Bros. Bagels. We bake bagels fresh daily since 1995 and serve breakfast and dinner to the community. We are looking for a Shift Leader to help motivate and guide the team. Responsibilities Collaborate directly with the General Manager to motivate the team and deliver a great guest experience. Set the morale and tone of the team. Provide feedback and coach team members as needed. Open and close the store with minimal supervision. Ensure the quality of food and beverages served. Maintain a safe and clean store environment. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent. Must be 18 years or older. Ability to work varied hours/days, including early hours (as early as 3am) and weekends. Pass a background check as required by local, state, and federal law. Possess a ServSafe certification prior to completion of leadership training. Possession of, or ability to acquire, a current, valid, state‑issued driver’s license (preferred but only required at specific locations). Meet driving qualifications as required by company policy. Tip eligibility subject to state regulations. Additional benefits eligibility is subject to position guidelines at the time of hire. Benefits Flexible schedule.
