Registered Nurse - Correctional - $41-62 per hour

Talent Works International is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) for a correctional nursing position in Yakima, Washington. This role supports our Opioid Treatment department, providing medication‑assisted treatment to clients in jail and in mobile units. Job Details Specialty: Correctional Discipline: RN Duration: Ongoing, 40 hours per week Shift: 10 hour days, schedule 4–10 hour shifts Employment type: Staff Pay range: $41.79–$62.69 per hour Sign‑on bonus: $15,000 for RNs Responsibilities Administer medications and monitor clients’ symptoms and response. Use electronic dispensing software for medication administration. Provide counseling about medications and treatment. Complete nursing assessments and monitor for dyskinesia, sedation, or intoxication prior to medication. Review new prescriptions for contraindications and coordinate care with other providers. Monitor supply levels of methadone, suboxone, and dispensing supplies; complete daily inventory and follow protocol for shipments. Assess clients for safety and risk to self or others, and take appropriate crisis intervention measures. Complete all clinical documentation in a timely, client‑centered manner. Qualifications Associate or bachelor’s degree in nursing. Active RN license in Washington or a compact state. Completion of a post‑offer, pre‑employment drug screen and background check in compliance with state and federal law.
