As a founding engineer, you'll help build the core of DryMerge's product across the stack. You will…
- Build high-quality, durable integrations with various software apps.
- Identify patterns in user requests, scope new features to address them, and build the features end-to-end.
- Make complex agentic systems work at near-perfect accuracy.
You'll be successful in this role if you…
- Are an extremely resourceful and fast-iterating engineer with 2 or more years of experience building impactful applications.
- Have an extremely high bar for quality and attention to detail.
- Can rapidly learn new technologies like Rust.
- Care a ton about user success and satisfaction.
- Are a kind and compassionate team player and communicator.
