Job Description

We are looking for a Maintenance Planner to support both the maintenance and process sides of production operations. This is a great fit for someone with light maintenance or similar hands-on experience who is reliable, detail-oriented, and comfortable working with minimal supervision during off-shift hours.

This role is not a highly technical — we're looking for someone with strong hands-on problem-solving skills and a genuine interest in learning our equipment and process, not someone who needs to come in as an expert. No specific computer software experience is required.

What You'll Do

Complete daily, weekly, and monthly preventive maintenance (PM) checklists
Support maintenance, process, and quality-related tasks to keep production running smoothly
Monitor and help improve product quality coming off the line, proactively identifying and addressing issues
Troubleshoot equipment and process issues, using sound problem-solving skills to diagnose root causes and implement fixes
Apply Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) procedures consistently and safely
Proactively support and promote a strong safety culture on the floor
Communicate clearly and respectfully with machine operators
Work collaboratively with the Maintenance Manager and team, contributing to a positive, team-oriented environment

What We're Looking For

Experience in a similar role, such as light maintenance, industrial maintenance, or a related hands-on technical position
A reliable, dependable work ethic — someone who consistently shows up and delivers, day in and day out
Comfortable working independently on off-shifts with limited direct supervision
Strong attention to detail
Solid troubleshooting skills, with the ability to explain how you've diagnosed and resolved problems in the past
Willingness to build machine and process knowledge across both maintenance and production quality
A team-first mindset: respectful, even-keeled, high-integrity, and able to assume good intent while seeking to understand others' perspectives
Openness to working 2nd or 3rd shift
