Job Description

The Licensed Respiratory Therapist functions under the supervision of the cardiopulmonary director or supervisor and is responsible for providing basic cardiopulmonary care in general patient care areas. Advanced patient care responsibilities may also be assigned as deemed appropriate by the director or supervisor.

Responsibilities

• Provide basic and advanced cardiopulmonary care as required.
• Utilize the Epic charting system for documentation and patient management.
• Collaborate with healthcare team members to ensure optimal patient outcomes.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Licensed and registered with the board for respiratory care.
• Experience using the Epic charting system.
• Certifications: BLS (AHA), Certified Respiratory Therapist (CRT) via NBRC.
