Overview Nurse Practitioner - Concierge Emergency Medicine - 10a-6p - 32 hours/week Location: 155 N San Vicente Blvd, Beverly Hills, CA 90211 In the role of an Advanced Care Provider (Physician Assistant/Nurse Practitioner) you will provide concierge emergency medical care to Sollis Health patients in our clinics with the supervision/oversight of an attending Physician. This role supports adult and pediatric patients for cases that would usually be treated in a traditional emergency room. Beverly Hills - Full Time - 10a-6p - 32 hours/week. Rotating holidays and weekends. Responsibilities Perform medical evaluations and formulate a differential diagnosis and treatment plan for urgent and emergent care within the scope of emergency medicine. Perform medical procedures including IV access, fluid/medication administration, splinting, suturing, phlebotomy, point-of-care testing, and EKGs. Formulate differential diagnoses and treatment plans for urgent/emergent care outside a clinic setting as needed (home or other settings). Triage patient needs, assess concerns, and determine the appropriate care path (in-center, virtual, or at-home). Perform video telemedicine consults when appropriate. Collaborate with Physicians, nurses, and technicians to discuss assessments and care plans. Assess and treat Covid-related cases, including collecting specimens, performing point-of-care testing, and providing symptom management. Document clinical evaluations and treatments in the electronic health record (AthenaHealth). Coordinate with the Medical Director and clinical team to ensure policy adherence and high-quality care in an innovative setting. Coordinate additional care with After Care, house calls teams, or Medical Partners as needed. Provide patient- and family-centered communication; address questions with empathy and professionalism. Contribute to team efforts by completing related operational projects as needed. Perform related duties as requested. Experience & Qualifications Bachelor’s Degree required; graduate of an accredited Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner program (required). Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner license to practice in California (required). Preferred 2-3 years of PA/NP experience in emergency departments and/or urgent care centers. ACLS and PALS certifications required. Skills Strong clinical skills and ability to perform phlebotomy, peripheral IV placement, and medication administration. Tech-savvy with ability to learn systems (e.g., Slack, Athena Health, Salesforce, Humanity). Adaptable in a fluid, multitasking environment with strong organizational skills. Problem-solving abilities and comfort interfacing with high-profile clientele. Compensation Range: $140,000 - $165,000 for 32 hours/week. Actual pay depends on experience, location, and other factors.
