Pay: Base pay plus uncapped commission
Typical first-year earnings: $80,000–$90,000
Average new representatives earn: $5,000–$6,000 per month
Top performers may earn: $15,000–$23,000 per month
Schedule: Tuesday–Saturday, approximately 11:00 a.m.–8:45 p.m.
Job Type: Full-time, in person, main office is in Columbus OH

IMPORTANT: This position is based in the Columbus/Dublin, Ohio area. Candidates applying from Bowling Green, Kentucky must be willing to relocate. Accommodation and travel assistance provided.

More Than a Job

YESA is hiring motivated people to represent Breezeline internet, cable, and home phone services throughout Ohio and other expanding territories.

No previous sales experience is required. We will teach you how to communicate, sell, handle rejection, and become more confident—but you must be willing to learn, work hard, and stay committed through the learning curve.

You will receive daily coaching, field support, mentorship, and be part of a winning team.

What You’ll Do

• Speak with homeowners in assigned neighborhoods
• Explain Breezeline services and close new accounts
• Attend daily meetings, training, and coaching
• Work toward individual and team sales goals
• Travel with the team to new territories when needed
• Accommodation and travel assistant to relocate in in Columbus, Ohio, is available.

Relocation Is Required:

Columbus, Ohio, is where we do our onboarding and training.

Representatives may also travel with the team to additional territories for two to three months at a time.

Minimum Requirements

• Authorized to work in the United States
• Able to pass a background check
• Full-time commitment to an in-person position
• Strong English-speaking and communication skills
• Experience working with people; customer service or sales experience helps
• Reliable smartphone
• Able to walk and work outdoors for extended periods
• Available to work evenings and Saturdays
• Willing to accept coaching, and continuously improve
