We are looking to hire a  Customer Service Representative  in the city of Pico Rivera, CA  This is a Contract  opportunity to join a Customer Service Team!

Pay: $25.00/hour

Schedule : Monday- Friday; (7am- 4:30pm)

Contract: 6 Months; Fully Onsite

Customer Service Representative

Our client is seeking a dependable and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join their team in a fast-paced office environment. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys building customer relationships, resolving inquiries, and providing exceptional service while collaborating with internal departments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries via phone and email.
• Process customer orders, requests, and account updates accurately and efficiently.
• Resolve customer concerns by identifying solutions and ensuring timely follow-up.
• Maintain accurate customer records and documentation.
• Coordinate with internal departments to ensure orders and customer requests are handled promptly.
• Utilize Microsoft Excel to track information, update reports, and support daily operations.
• Deliver a positive customer experience through professionalism, responsiveness, and attention to detail.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 3 years of customer service experience in a professional office environment.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent critical thinking and ability to multitask in a fast-paced setting.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Reliable, punctual, and committed to providing outstanding customer service.
