Job Position: Industrial Maintenance Tech

Location: WACO, TX 76712

Pay Rate: $26-$28 DOE

Shift:Work Schedule: M-F
Hours: 8am-4:30pm

Job Duties/Responsibilities
- Perform routine maintenance and repairs on industrial equipment and machinery to ensure optimal performance and minimize downtime.
- Diagnose mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic issues and implement effective solutions.
- Conduct inspections and preventative maintenance according to established schedules and protocols.
- Maintain and repair production systems, conveyors, motors, pumps, and other industrial systems.
- Collaborate with production teams to address equipment concerns and prioritize repairs.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, including work orders, repairs, and parts used.
- Adhere to safety standards and protocols while working with equipment and tools.
- Assist in the installation and setup of new machinery or equipment as needed.


Qualifications & Requirements
- Familiarity with industrial machinery, mechanical systems, and electrical components.
- Proficiency in using hand tools, power tools, and diagnostic equipment for maintenance and repairs.
- Knowledge of reading and interpreting technical manuals, schematics, and blueprints.
- Basic understanding of PLCs (Programmable Logic Controllers) and automated systems is a plus.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Physical capability to lift heavy equipment and work in various industrial environments.
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
