About the Role:

We are seeking a Sr. Retail Fulfillment Associate to support end-to-end retail fulfillment for major national, regional, club, and distributor accounts.

This role will report to the Associate Director, Retail Fulfillment.

This is a full-time, hybrid role with company benefits, based in Marina Del Rey, CA.

The anticipated base compensation for this role will be $80,000 - $98,000. Compensation will be commensurate with the candidate's experience and local market rates.

What You'll Do:

• Manage end-to-end retail fulfillment for major national, regional, club, and distributor accounts.
• Build daily, weekly, and monthly reporting for OTIF, fill rate, allocations, chargebacks and deductions, and 3PL performance.
• Analyze results by retailer, distribution center, carrier, and root cause; identify trends and drive corrective actions.
• Own inventory allocation reporting and execution with Demand Planning, Sales, and Supply Chain.
• Monitor chargebacks and deductions, gather documentation, support disputes, and address recurring causes.
• Partner with 3PL teams to manage SLAs, KPIs, capacity, routing, appointments, compliance, and escalations.
• Monitor open and in-transit orders and proactively communicate delivery, inventory, and service risks.
• Improve fulfillment processes and support retailer onboarding, routing-guide, and compliance requirements.

About You:

• 4+ years of retail or wholesale fulfillment experience, preferably within consumer packaged goods.
• Direct operational experience with several of the following: Walmart, Target, Costco, H-E-B, Publix, Kroger, Albertsons, KeHE, and UNFI.
• Strong analytical and reporting skills across OTIF, chargebacks and deductions, allocations, fill rate, and service performance.
• Advanced Excel skills; experience with business intelligence or reporting tools is preferred.
• 4+ years of experience managing 3PL fulfillment partners, including KPI and SLA performance, issue escalation, capacity, and continuous improvement.
• 2+ years of ERP experience; NetSuite preferred. Experience with EDI, WMS, TMS, and retailer portals is a plus.
• Strong knowledge of freight, routing, retailer compliance, and shipping documentation.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to turn data into clear actions.
• A self-starter who works with urgency, takes ownership, supports the team, and is interested in health, wellness, and personal care.
