**Exciting Opportunity for Night Shift RN Flex Pool in Beautiful Hawaii!** - Are you a passionate and dedicated RN looking for a flexible opportunity? - Join our Night Flex Pool and immerse yourself in the stunning landscapes of Hawaii! **Job Description:** - Type of Position: Registered Nurse Flex Pool - Shift: 12-hour Night Shifts (1845 to 0715) - Schedule: 36 hours per week following first week of orientation - Experience Required: 2-10 years **Responsibilities:** - Float between various medical and surgical units, gaining diverse experience - Provide high-quality patient care in fast-paced environments - Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes **Required Skills & Experience:** - BLS and ACLS certification mandatory - Preferred certifications: PALS, Procedural Sedation, TNCC, ENPC - Minimum of 2 years of nursing experience **Unit Details:** - Medical Unit: 77 beds, Nurse to Patient Ratio: 1:6 days/eves, 1:8 nights - Laulima Unit (Surgical Acute): 18 beds, Nurse to Patient Ratio: 1:6 - Cardiovascular Unit: 15 beds, Nurse to Patient Ratio: 1:4 **Equipment Utilized:** - Meditech EMR - Pyxis - Wound vac - Chest tubes **Dress Code:** - Professional nursing attire - clean scrubs **Orientation:** - Comprehensive training and orientation provided for each unit **Why Catalytic Solutions (CatSol):** At CatSol, we connect dedicated therapists with rewarding assignments across the country.
