As a Guest Service Associate at European Wax Center, you are the face of the brand. You're the first impression, the warm welcome, and the reason guests come back. You'll educate guests on our services and products, keep the front desk running smoothly, and help build a center culture that people genuinely love being part of. We're Ballast Wax, a fast-growing multi-unit EWC franchisee. WHAT WE OFFER Compensation Competitive hourly base rate starting at $12, depending on years of sales experience Performance commissions and bonuses - adding $3–$7 to your effective hourly rate Goals are realistic and attainable - our team hits them Benefits - Full-Time (30+ Hours/Week) Medical and supplemental insurance Benefits - All Team Members (Full-Time & Part-Time) 401(k) with employer match - available to all team members regardless of hours Paid time off (amount varies by role and tenure) 50% off EWC waxing services - because you should experience what you're selling 40% off EWC skincare products Earn STRUT Bucks through performance - redeem toward services and products, potentially making them FREE Growth & Development Ongoing training and skill development Real path to growth - many of our ACMs and CMs started at the front desk WHAT YOU'LL DO Guest Experience Warmly greet every guest with professionalism and genuine enthusiasm Educate guests on services, policies, and what to expect during their visit Answer phones, manage the reservation book, and handle guest inquiries Create an environment guests want to return to - and tell their friends about Sales & Goal Achievement Educate every guest on EWC Wax Pass savings, products, and promotions Confidently communicate the benefits of waxing frequency and skincare products Consistently meet or exceed individual sales and rebooking goals Actively contribute to center-wide performance targets Team Collaboration & Operations Support opening and closing procedures and daily administrative tasks Accurately process transactions and manage guest profiles through POS Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming lobby and front desk area Participate in ongoing training and team meetings WHO YOU ARE Guests remember how you made them feel.
