U.S. Licensed Master / Mate and Chief Engineer

We are a leading company in the maritime industry, operating tuna purseiners in the Pacific Ocean. We are currently seeking a U.S. Licensed Master / Mate and Chief Engineer to join our team on the F/V Daniela, F/V Isabella and F/V Beatriz Cristina. The successful candidate will be responsible for operating a class six purseiner, 1600 GT or higher. This role requires a high level of expertise, dedication, and a strong sense of responsibility. Responsibilities Operating a class six purseiner, 1600 GT or higher Ensuring the safety and security of the vessel and crew Complying with all maritime regulations and procedures Coordinating with other team members to ensure efficient operations Qualifications U.S. Licensed Master / Mate and Chief Engineer STCW 95 REG II/1 or II/2 credentials Training in first aid, fire fight, and security GMDSS and ETP operator certificate Compensation Compensation will be competitive and commensurate with experience.
