As a Dough Person, you will have the opportunity to learn from highly skilled pizza makers, receive paid training, and be part of a dynamic team that values hard work and enthusiasm. Responsibilities:
Work schedule
- Prepare dough for pizzas and other baked goods
- Follow recipes and ensure consistency in dough quality
- Assist in maintaining a clean and organized workspace
- MUST BE 18 years or older (OSHA)
- No formal education required
- Passion for creating delicious food
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Must be able to lift 40-50 pounds sacks of dough mix
- Must be able to tolerate being on your feet for 4 hours or more each shift
- Must be available nights and weekends
- Conversational English is a must, but bilingual English/Spanish is a plus
- Must present a valid (not expired) photo ID, as well as an original social security card (no copies) or a birth certificate; OR a valid (not expired) passport only
- Possess basic math skills (add, subtract, multiply, divide; can you count to 40?)
- Ability to read an analog clock a plus!
- Paid training to enhance your skills
