Base pay range $50.00/hr - $54.00/hr Location: Fully Remote Duration: 12+ month contract (Extendable) Job Description 8+ years of experience in taxonomy development, metadata strategy, or content architecture in regulated or enterprise environments. Expertise in metadata standards and controlled vocabularies (e.g., Dublin Core, SKOS) . Hands-on experience with enterprise CMS, DAM systems, or structured authoring environments . Demonstrated success managing taxonomy across large-scale, multi-stakeholder ecosystems. Strong collaboration and communication skills to work across content, regulatory, and technical teams. Preferred Qualifications Experience with structured authoring tools (e.g., DITA, Oxygen XML) . Familiarity with platforms such as Veeva Vault, Adobe Experience Manager, KMS Lighthouse , or similar. Understanding of regulatory and compliance requirements for digital content. Knowledge of tagging practices that enable AI, machine learning, and intelligent content systems.
