The individual in this key position will be responsible for analyzing financial data, creating reports, developing financial models, and providing insight to support strategic decision-making. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, proficiency in financial software, and a solid understanding of accounting principles and financial forecasting. Additional responsibilities include:* Prepare financial models for revenue, operating expenses and cash flows, including budgets, forecasts and long-term planning.* Analyze financial statements and reports to identify trends, variances, and performance drivers.* Monitor key performance indicators and provide recommendations for improvements.* Create reports for Program and Leadership as requested and generate existing reports for analysis.* Track investments and trends to ensure alignment with financial goals* Work as a team player with focus on the organization’s mission/vision and values.* Ensure compliance with internal financial policies and external regulations.* Professionally represent the organization, clearly communicating our mission, philosophy, values, goals and expectations, internally and externally.* Effectively communicate complex financial information to various audiences.**Qualifications:*** Bachelor’s Degree in a business field with a finance background* Five (5) years’ experience in finance related field* Non-profit, healthcare environment experience preferred* Ability to work in a fast-paced, high volume environment* Strong background in financial analysis, modeling, budget, and project management* Proficient in use of Excel, Word and PowerPoint and other analytical tools such as PowerBI* Excellent analytical, problem-solving, organizational skills and attention to detail* Strong communication and presentation skills.* Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation**Hours:** 9am-5pm onsite in our Manchester headquarters.**Compensation:** $84,000 annually**What’s in it for you?** We offer a comprehensive benefits package for full-time, eligible employees, including:* Medical, Dental, Vision, Life & Disability* PTO begins accruing on your first day!* Up to 9 paid holidays annually, plus one floating holiday of your choice.
