Lead Program Management SpecialistCompany:The Boeing CompanyThe Boeing Defense, Space & Security (BDS) has an exciting opportunity for an Lead Program Management Specialist to join our dynamic team in Berkeley, MO; El Segundo, CA; Everett WA, Tukwila; WA, Mesa AZ; Oklahoma City, OK; or Philadelphia, PA.Position Responsibilities:Leads and manages Enterprise Standard Gated Process (ESGP) on multiple programsSupports Program Start Up and Earned Value Management (EVM) execution across multiple programsProvides Program Management Best Practice (PMBP) guidance and support across multiple programsSupports Rate Change Readiness (RCR) and Work Movement across multiple programs, working directly with Program Management teams and key functional stakeholdersSupports implementation of Integrated Product Teams (IPT) model across multiple programsFacilitates and ensures integration of project plans, schedules, change and baseline management, processes, techniques considered to be best practice across the industryCoordinates commitments and communications with internal and external stakeholders to fulfill strategic initiativesEngages (e.g. workshops, forums, training, etc.) the PM community on program management requirements, responsibilities, and best practicesRepresents senior management, as required, to communicate functional policy, strategy and directionLiaises with Enterprise, Industry, and Academic “Program Management” thought leaders to import best practices and shape our future as a functionBasic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):This position requires the ability to obtain a U.S. Security Clearance for which the U.S. Government requires U.S. Citizenship.
