Schedule: Thursday, Friday & Saturday | 12-Hour Routes Full-Time | Field-Based Home Health Position

Full-Time Hours in a 3-Day Schedule

Dependable Nursing, Inc. is seeking a compassionate and dependable Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our Home Health team serving patients throughout the Tucson area .

This is a unique opportunity for an LPN looking for a consistent schedule with 12-hour routes three days per week—Thursday, Friday, and Saturday .

You'll provide skilled nursing care to patients in their homes while enjoying the independence of field nursing and the support of an experienced clinical team.

Your Schedule

• Thursday, Friday & Saturday

• 12-hour routes

• Consistent three-day schedule

• Field-based throughout the Tucson area

What You'll Do

• Complete scheduled skilled nursing visits throughout your assigned route

• Provide nursing care according to physician orders and established plans of care

• Administer medications and treatments as ordered

• Monitor patient conditions and report significant changes to the RN, physician, or appropriate clinical team member

• Reinforce patient and caregiver education regarding medications, disease management, safety, and home care

• Communicate and collaborate with RNs, physicians, therapists, and other members of the care team

• Complete accurate and timely clinical documentation

• Help patients remain safe and independent in their homes

What We're Looking For

• Current Arizona LPN license in good standing

• Home Health experience preferred

• Strong clinical and communication skills

• Excellent time-management and organizational abilities

• Comfortable managing a scheduled route of patient visits

• Ability to work independently in a field-based environment

• Valid driver's license

• Reliable transportation and current auto insurance

• Comfortable traveling throughout the Tucson service area

• Dependable, compassionate, and committed to quality patient care
