Job Title Clinical Dietitian Your Experience Matters North Alabama Shoals Hospital is dedicated to supporting a diverse and determined workforce. In your role, you’ll support those interfacing with care to patients and community members, helping shape a healthier future for the communities we serve. Responsibilities The Clinical Dietitian approves menus including modified diets. Provides nutritional assessments for patients as needed. Provides counsel to patients and their families on dietary plans, food selections, preparation, and nutritional principles. Monitors the performance improvement plans of the Dietary Services department. Contributes to the development and implementation of patient care plans in relation to nutritional needs. Experience: A minimum of three (3) years' dietary experience in a health care facility, with concentration in nutritional assessment and planning. License: Current Registration with the American Dietetic Association (RD or RDN) or similar organization and licensure per state of practice required. Additional Requirements: May be required to work flexible hours.
