Travel RN - Telemetry

American Traveler is hiring an experienced RN for a Telemetry position on the Neuro Unit requiring BLS, ACLS, and NIHSS certifications along with an SD or Compact RN license in hand.

Requirements

• Active RN license (SD or Compact) currently in hand
• Current certifications: BLS, ACLS, and NIHSS
• Prior telemetry nursing experience required
• No previous permanent employment with Avera or Sanford Health allowed

Responsibilities

• Neuro Unit setting within a hospital environment
• Night shift schedule: 3x12s, 36 hrs/week (NOC 19:00-07:30)
• No on-call responsibilities
• Required to work every other weekend
• First to float when needed
• Required to work assigned holidays
• Provide telemetry nursing care to neurological patients
• Blocked scheduling and specific scheduling requests are not permitted
