Float Pool RN

Bethesda Health seeks a compassionate Float Pool RN to provide high-quality nursing care across multiple senior care settings, including skilled nursing, rehab, assisted living, and memory care. In this flexible role, you will assess residents, administer medications and treatments, coordinate care plans, and respond to changing acuity needs on various units and campuses. The Float Pool RN collaborates closely with interdisciplinary teams, residents, and families to support person-centered, faith-based care. Responsibilities include documentation, supervision of support staff, patient education, and contributing to quality and safety initiatives while upholding dignity, respect, and compassion. Responsibilities Deliver direct nursing care to seniors in skilled nursing, rehab, assisted living, and memory care settings Assess, monitor, and document resident conditions and responses to treatments Administer medications, treatments, and interventions per provider orders and policies Float between units and campuses, adapting quickly to changing resident acuity and workflows Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement person-centered care plans Educate residents and families on health conditions, treatments, and self-care strategies Supervise, support, and delegate tasks to CNAs and other support staff as appropriate Maintain accurate, timely electronic health records and required documentation Participate in quality, safety, and infection prevention initiatives Uphold Bethesda Health's faith-based mission, values, and service standards Required Skills Patient assessment Medication administration Care planning Electronic Health Records (EHR) documentation IV therapy Wound care Geriatric nursing Infection control Clinical triage and prioritization Interdisciplinary team collaboration #J-18808-Ljbffr Bethesda Health Group
