As the Back Office Manager, you'll play a key leadership role at the office level, overseeing and supporting all back-office team members. We are an upbeat team looking for an individual who has a passion for helping others and who wants to make a positive difference in their community!

Summary of Essential Job Functions

• Ensure quality and compassionate care is provided to every patient
• Responsible for the operational readiness of the clinical section of the office
• Assist the Front Office Manager in optimizing efficiency of the office to better serve patients
• Order dental supplies and manage inventory
• Review, implement, and maintain the company's policies and procedures
• Uphold company core values of compassion, authenticity, talent, and teamwork
• Define team roles and responsibilities and ensure progress toward goals
• Guide all patients through the before and after treatment process
• Train and develop back-office staff

At a Glance

• Certifications Required: Must hold a CDA or RDA certification
• Experience Required: 4+ years as a Dental Assistant or 2+ years as a Back Office Manager
• Job Type: Full-time

Compensation and Schedule

• Salary: To be discussed depending on experience
• Bonus Pay: up to $600 additional per month
• Schedule: On-site. Monday - Friday
