Position Summary The Pricing Analyst will be responsible for analyzing pricing data and developing forecasts and models. Based on the industry trends, the Pricing Analyst will determine pricing and marketing strategies. Ideal Candidate Legally authorized to work in the United States without requiring sponsorship Must be available to work on‑site daily in Bolingbrook, Illinois (Hybrid schedule after first two weeks of employment) A collaborative team player who thrives in a fast‑paced, dynamic environment Strong attention to detail, problem‑solving, and analytical skills Excellent communication skills for cross‑functional collaboration and reporting Salary Range $58,000-$65,000K Responsibilities Assesses data from a variety of sources to derive insights into pricing strategies and market trends Utilizes quantitative and qualitative methods to analyze competitor pricing, assess market share and margins, and track customer engagement Forecasts revenue and market share information using a variety of statistical modeling methods Prepares reports that show the potential impact of various pricing strategies, including their effect on margins and costs and how they will impact profitability and sales volume Monitors industry trends, develops strategies that take advantage of untapped market segments and helps the company gain market share in new avenues Implements dynamic and competitive pricing to allow the company to quickly adjust prices to enhance sales volume and conversion rates Analyzes data related to return on investment (ROI) for existing marketing and promotional programs and analyzes customer response to marketing efforts Prepares written reports and visual presentations to share findings with key decision‑makers Stays up to date on industry best practices in pricing and identifies opportunities for process improvement Education and Experience Requirements Bachelor’s degree or 2‑4 years of related pricing or analysis experience Previous work within an e‑commerce environment or a related industry (e.g., industrial goods, B2B sales) Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Requirements Ability to translate complex data into actionable strategies and techniques to drive sales and enhance marketing efforts Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office and Excel; Power BI is a strong plus (but not required) Ability to multi‑task and prioritize work with minimal supervision Critical attention to detail Strong analytical skills Strong verbal and written communication skills Self‑motivated, team‑oriented and collaborative Experience with e‑commerce platforms and pricing tools Understanding of pricing principles, margin analysis, and cost accounting Must be able to speak, read and understand the English language Why You’ll Love Working With Us!
