Role: Field support Analyst
Location: San Diego, CA
Onsite
Key Responsibilities
- Provide Level 1 and Level 2 desktop support for enterprise users.
- Diagnose and resolve desktop hardware and software issues.
- Respond to and resolve incidents and service requests through ServiceNow .
- Install, configure, and support Windows 11 desktops and laptops.
- Provide support for Microsoft 365 applications, including Outlook, Teams, SharePoint, and Office applications.
- Manage devices using Microsoft Intune and endpoint management tools.
- Perform user account administration in Active Directory , including password resets, group memberships, and account provisioning.
- Provide remote support using Bomgar/BeyondTrust or similar remote management tools.
- Maintain office technology, including printers, docking stations, monitors, and peripherals.
- Support Zoom and Microsoft Teams conference rooms and audiovisual equipment.
- Troubleshoot connectivity, software installations, operating system issues, and peripheral devices.
- Maintain accurate documentation of incidents, resolutions, and asset information.
- Deliver excellent customer service while supporting a diverse user base.
- Escalate complex technical issues when necessary and collaborate with infrastructure and application support teams.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience providing Level 2 onsite desktop support in an enterprise environment.
- Strong knowledge of Windows 11.
- Experience supporting Microsoft 365 and SharePoint.
- Hands-on experience with Microsoft Intune.
- Strong Active Directory administration skills.
- Experience working with ServiceNow or similar ITSM ticketing systems.
- Experience using Bomgar/BeyondTrust or other remote support tools.
- Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience supporting enterprise environments with 10,000+ end users .
- Experience supporting Commercial Real Estate, Banking, Financial Services, or Law Firms.
- Experience supporting Zoom Rooms and Microsoft Teams conference room technologies.
- Experience supporting Apple iOS devices.
- Experience with Adobe Acrobat.
- Experience supporting cloud storage platforms such as OneDrive, SharePoint, Box, or similar solutions.
