Compensation & Benefits
Base Salary: $130,000/year
Health & Wellness: Comprehensive medical insurance (including dental & vision) + Health Savings Account (HSA)
Retirement: 401(k) with immediate vesting
Paid Time Off: 3 weeks paid vacation + 6 paid holidays
40 hours sick time per calendar year
CE allowance
Professional licensure and VIN

Qualifications
DVM or equivalent accredited veterinary degree
Active (or eligible) New York State veterinary license
Proficiency in routine medical management and soft-tissue surgery (or eager willingness to learn)
Strong client communication skills and a team-first mindset
