Physical Therapist - Travel Contract

Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor's, Master's or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from accredited schools approved by the APTA
• Active State License is Required to Start the Assignment
• BLS Certification May Be Required from AHA or ARC
• Orthopedic experience required

Assignment Details

• Full-time preferred with 36 hours minimum
• EMR: WebPT
• One-on-one treatment with no double booking
• Approximately 12 patients per day
