We are looking for a skilled Data Engineer with strong expertise in Python and Microsoft Azure to design, build, and maintain scalable data pipelines and infrastructure. You will work closely with data analysts, data scientists, and software engineers to ensure reliable data availability and drive data-driven decision-making across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:
Design, develop, and maintain robust ETL/ELT pipelines using Python. Build and manage data solutions on Microsoft Azure (e.g., Azure Data Factory, Azure Synapse, Azure Data Lake). Optimize data storage, processing, and retrieval for performance and scalability. Develop and maintain data models, schemas, and data architecture. Ensure data quality, integrity, and governance across systems. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand data requirements and deliver solutions. Monitor and troubleshoot data workflows and pipelines. Implement best practices for data security and compliance.

Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience). 3+ years of experience in data engineering or related role. Strong proficiency in Python for data processing and automation. Hands-on experience with Azure data services (e.g., Azure Data Factory, Azure Synapse Analytics, Azure Data Lake Storage). Solid understanding of SQL and relational/non-relational databases. Experience building and maintaining ETL/ELT pipelines. Familiarity with distributed data processing frameworks (e.g., Spark). Knowledge of version control systems (e.g., Git).


Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with big data technologies (e.g., Apache Spark, Hadoop). Familiarity with DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines. Knowledge of containerization tools (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes). Experience with data warehousing concepts and dimensional modeling. Certification in Microsoft Azure (e.g., Azure Data Engineer Associate).
