We're partnering with a highly respected custom home builder that has earned an outstanding reputation through word-of-mouth referrals and repeat clients. With incredibly low employee turnover and a people-first culture, this is a company where professionals build long-term careers. They're currently constructing several luxury custom residences, including a landmark $75 million waterfront estate , and are looking for an experienced bilingual Foreman to join the team immediately. What You'll Do Lead construction activities on high-end custom residential projects. Oversee crews of approximately 12-15 tradespeople while coordinating with subcontractors. Manage multiple active job sites (typically up to three) throughout the week, ensuring schedules, quality, and safety standards are met. Remain hands-on in the field while providing leadership and direction to crews. Coordinate and supervise subcontractors across all phases of construction. Ensure projects are completed to the highest standards of craftsmanship and quality. What We're Looking For Bilingual in English and Spanish (required). Proven experience as a Working Foreman or Lead Foreman on custom luxury residential homes. Experience building multi-million-dollar custom homes is essential. Strong knowledge across both interior and exterior residential construction , including: Framing Siding Drywall Cabinetry Finish work General construction practices A true "jack-of-all-trades" with the ability to solve problems and support crews across multiple trades. Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills. Valid driver's license. Why Join This Company?
