Patient Service RepresentativeOld Bridge Dental is looking for a Patient Service Representative in Old Bridge, New Jersey, to join our clinical team by providing a high level of patient care and satisfaction while operating team-based environment. We take pride in providing comprehensive, personalized care in warm and welcoming environment, prioritizing patient comfort and advanced treatments for optimal oral health.This position is perfect for someone with a passion for providing outstanding customer service, a willingness to learn, and desired to get started in the dental field. The person will be a support person to all the staff members and patients in his/her office. They will answer phones, handle patient inquiries, make appointments, and assist with the completion of the patient's treatment plans through acceptable financial arrangements while being flexible in handling requests and projects assigned by other staff and/or the Office Manager. Join our team and make a meaningful impact on patients' lives through exceptional oral care.What we offer:Pay: min$22-max$25 per hourFull time: Monday 11am-7pm, Tuesday 7am-3pm, Wednesday, 9am-5pm, Thursday 7am-4pm, Friday OFF, (1) Sat and Sun a month 8am-2pm.Health, dental, and vision insurance (individual and family coverage)Life insurance and disability benefits401(k) planTeam-oriented work environment with access to modern dental technologyResponsibilities:Customer Service; acknowledge, smile and greet patients upon arrival/dismissalRespond to patient questions and or concerns according to policiesAnswering TelephonesScheduling AppointmentsMaintaining Appointment BookConfirming AppointmentsFollow up on no shows/cancellation of AppointmentsRegister Patients on sign in sheetPost charges and payments to patient accountsChecking voicemail on a daily basisMaintain a clean and friendly waiting area for patientsQualifications:1 year experience working in a dental, medical, or other health-care office, preferredKnowledge of insurance plans (HMO/PPO), is a plusExperience answering telephoneMust have exceptional customer service skillsLegal Disclaimer: We comply with all minimum wage laws as applicable.
