Make a difference in students' lives by providing occupational therapy services in a collaborative K-12 setting just outside Vallejo, California. This school-based contract position is perfect for credentialed occupational therapists seeking an engaging, meaningful role supporting students ages 5 to 22 for the 20252026 school year, with opportunities to extend through ESY (Extended School Year).

Youll provide therapy across multiple schools as part of a supportive, innovative team. Teletherapy and in-person service options may be available, meeting student needs wherever they are. The position is 0.8 FTE (with the possibility to increase to full-time) and is set to begin August 13, 2025, and run through June 10, 2026.

Qualifications and Desired Background:

• Current California OT license (OTR/L)
• Experience delivering OT services in school settings, ideally across a broad age span
• Familiarity with teletherapy platforms (preferred)
• Strong communication, organization, and documentation skills
• Ability to collaborate with educators, families, and staff on student-centered goals
• Commitment to fostering independence and functional skills within the school environment

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct assessments and evaluations for students with a wide variety of needs
• Develop, implement, and monitor individualized treatment plans and IEP goals
• Consult and collaborate with educational teams and parents
• Document progress and maintain compliant records
• Adapt to flexible caseloads/school assignments as needed throughout the year
