We’re looking for a Part-Time/PRO Home Health Occupational Therapist to join our supportive, clinician-focused team in Crown Point & surrounding areas of Indiana.

- Licensed Occupational Therapist (OT)
- Home health experience preferred, but not required
- Strong communication and documentation skills
- Ability to work independently and manage your own schedule
