Graham Personnel Services is seeking a highly organized Part-Time Administrative & Accounting Assistant who can provide administrative support while also handling the organization's bookkeeping and accounting functions. This role would work approximately 20-25 hours per week and must report in person.

Responsibilities:

• Provide high-level administrative support to leadership
• Manage calendars, meetings, and correspondence
• Prepare reports, documents, and presentations
• Handle incoming calls, emails, and visitors professionally
• Maintain organized digital and physical filing systems
• Coordinate office supplies, vendors, and general office operations
• Assist with special projects and community/event coordination
• Coordinate monthly board meetings, including catering/breakfast arrangements and meeting setup
• Process invoices, track expenses, and assist with bookkeeping functions
• Manage QuickBooks Online entries, reconciliations, and financial records
• Process payroll

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of administrative or executive support experience
• QuickBooks Online experience required
• Strong Microsoft Office skills (Excel, Word, Outlook)
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail
