WE ARE HIRING! Starting at $18.75/hour.Part-Time on weekends, 1st/2nd shifts.Full-Time, 3rd shift. Combination weekday and weekend shifts. WEEKENDS REQUIRED!Do you want an opportunity to serve with compassion and help others in our community? We seek patient and dedicated caregivers to assist adults with developmental disabilities in their neighborhood group homes. Our Caregivers / DSPs provide support to adults living in CILA homes (Community Integrated Living Arrangements) with around-the-clock care. Developmental Foundations, a family-owned company providing quality residential services since 1986, is hiring Caregivers / DSPs for our group homes in URBANA­­­­­, IL.What you can expect:Network of support - trainers, nurses, supervisors and co-workersA sense of belonging, connection and caring, in a home-like settingWork schedules may include a combination of weekdays, weekends and holidaysPay:$18.75/hourBenefits (for eligible employees may include):DSP training is provided and paid.
