Ministry Services Specialist: Leading The Way Job Description: The Ministry Services Specialist is a vital member of the Ministry Services team, responsible for ensuring precise inventory control, accurate accounts receivable transactions, and excellent customer service for both domestic and international LTW supporters. By efficiently and effectively following the key daily processes of data and inventory support, the Ministry Services Specialist is a critical part of furthering the mission and vision of LTW. Your specific responsibilities will include, but are not limited to: System entry and follow-up on customer orders, donations, and general ministry inquiries received by mail, web, call center, and over the phone Calendar year-end tax statement processing/research Assisting Ministry Relations with product data entry/fulfillment Creating new product code, monitor existing Product inventory control Assisting with new account and monthly donor mailings Position Qualifications: 3+ years of customer service and data entry experience required Must agree with LTW’s Church Membership & Statement of Faith Christian.
