Seeking dedicated and experienced Travel RNs to join our dynamic team. Position Correctional Nurse - RN Location Limestone County, Groesbeck, TX Schedule 13‑Week Contract – 7 P‑7 A night shift Pay Starting pay: $55 an hour with per diem based on travel. What You’ll Do As a Correctional Nurse, you’ll be at the forefront of compassionate care in a correctional center. You will provide comprehensive healthcare services, including patient assessments, medication administration, and emergency care, while managing chronic conditions and promoting wellness. You will ensure compliance with medical and legal standards, maintain accurate documentation, and collaborate with healthcare providers and facility staff to deliver safe, professional care in a secure environment. Responsibilities Perform patient assessments, including physical and mental health evaluations. Administer medications, treatments, and emergency care as needed. Manage chronic conditions and provide patient education on health and wellness. Maintain accurate medical records and ensure compliance with healthcare regulations. Collaborate with healthcare providers and facility staff to deliver quality care. Follow infection control protocols and conduct screenings and immunizations. Support security measures while delivering safe and professional care. Requirements Registered Nurse license in Texas or “Compact” Multi‑License. 1+ year of recent nursing experience preferred. Eligible to work in the United States without sponsorship. Willing to travel to Groesbeck, TX for the duration of the assignment (not a remote position). RN License or Certification in the State of Assignment. Proficient in English.
