Healthcare Consultant

We are seeking an experienced Healthcare Consultant to support a leading pharmaceutical consultancy through organizational model reviews and assess current operational structures within a healthcare setting. This role requires a strong understanding of healthcare operations, patient experience, and consulting methodologies to help evaluate the status quo and identify opportunities for improvement. This position is part-time (8-12 hours per week), fully remote and a month's duration with likelihood to extend. This position can be either inside or outside IR35. Review and assess existing organizational models and operational structures Analyse current workflows, processes, and service delivery approaches Provide recommendations to improve efficiency, patient experience, and organizational effectiveness Engage with stakeholders to gather insights and support change initiatives Prepare findings, reports, and strategic recommendations for leadership teams Support healthcare transformation and service improvement projects Requirements Minimum 5 years’ experience in healthcare consulting, healthcare operations, or organizational transformation Demonstrated experience in patient experience initiatives and service improvement Strong analytical, stakeholder management, and communication skills Ability to assess complex healthcare environments and recommend practical solutions Experience working with pharmaceutical consultancies, hospitals, clinics, or related organizations preferred #J-18808-Ljbffr
