Advanced Nurse PractitionerAdvanced Nurse Practitioner needed for Visiting Physician Practice Atlantic CountyPrimary Responsibilities:Initiate and complete detailed patient assessment & physical examsWellness exams and sick visitsEvaluate and manage common and acute chronic diseasesOrder, interpret and evaluate diagnostic and lab resultsRefer and collaborate with other providersPrescribing pharmacological and non-pharmacological therapiesRequirements:Computer literate & EMR proficiencyUnrestricted APN license in the State of NJ with at least 1 year clinical experienceCurrent DEA/CDSWillingness and ability to work independentlyPersonable, passionate and energeticAbility to travel within the regionPrevious experience with Medicare eligible patients a plusBi-lingual a plusWhat We Offer:Excellent salary with bonus opportunities and travel reimbursementFlexible schedule available - no on-call or weekend hours!Supportive and friendly work environmentSignificant opportunity for growth and advancementAbility to attest for Quality MeasuresMedical Director support and clinician collaborationPaid on-boarding and trainingMalpractice insurance paid
