Registered NurseJust-In Home Care is seeking a compassionate and dependable Registered Nurse to join our team on a PRN basis to conduct client assessments and assist with caregiver training. This role is ideal for nurses looking for flexible supplemental income while making a meaningful difference in the lives of seniors and individuals receiving care in their homes.Responsibilities:Conduct initial in-home client assessmentsPerform routine client reassessments and update care plans as neededProvide caregiver training and competency evaluationsCommunicate clinical observations and recommendations to the office teamMaintain accurate and timely documentationCompensation:Initial Client Assessment: $90 per visitClient Re-Assessment: $60 per visitCaregiver Training / Administrative Time: $35 per hourQualifications:Active RN license in the state with 2+ years experienceHome care, hospice, geriatric, or community health experience preferredStrong communication and documentation skillsReliable transportation for local client visitsAbout Just-In Home Care:Just-In Home Care is one of the fastest-growing home care companies in the Baltimore metro area.
