Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive PT evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans for a general physical therapy caseload.
- Deliver evidence-based interventions for orthopedic, post-operative, spine, lower-extremity, and sports-related conditions; apply manual therapy and progressive therapeutic exercises; assist with gait and functional training as needed.
- Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to coordinate care, document progress, and support discharge planning.
- Provide pelvic health coverage as assigned; maintain required credentials (Herman & Wallace Level 1 or APTA Pelvic Health) or demonstrate strong orthopedic experience with post-op, spine, LE, and sports expertise; maintain patient privacy and education.
- Maintain compliance with GA licensure requirements and American Heart Association BLS standards; complete accurate documentation and ensure patient safety.
- Align with the shift schedule (8:00 a.m.–6:00 p.m. Mon–Fri) and adapt to the facility's holiday expectations.

Requirements
- Active Physical Therapist license in the state of Georgia
- Bachelor’s degree or higher from an accredited PT program
- Minimum of 2 years of experience within the specialty
- American Heart Association Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
- Pelvic PT certification (Herman & Wallace Level 1) or APTA Pelvic Health certification, or strong orthopedic PT background with post-op, spine, LE, and sports experience; no new graduates
- Willingness to work the required holiday coverage: two major holidays (Thanksgiving, Christmas, or New Year’s) and one minor holiday (the Friday after Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, or New Year’s Eve)
- Ability to work in a hospital-based outpatient rehabilitation setting
